Scope of work

The AKORN submarine cable system connected Alaska to Oregon, extending terrestrial and subsea fiber capacity across the Pacific Northwest. Krull Telecom supported the marine landing scope, coordinating cable ship operations, shore-end pull, and beach manhole transfer during the 2008 installation window.

Work included route survey support, marine coordination, shore-end rigging, tension monitoring, duct proofing, and as-built documentation for the landing station and shore-end section.
